The Philadelphia Early Childhood Collaborative is a non-profit partnership of three neighborhood-based early childhood resource programs- Neighborhood Interfaith Movement, The Preschool Project, and the West Philadelphia Child Care Network.  Through its network of partner and associate sites, the Collaborative offers professional development training in various topics to center-based, home-based, and neighbor/relative care providers.  Act 48 credit is available for all trainings.

  Training cost may vary.

  Returned Checks
  

  • If a check is returned, participants are responsible for paying the check return fees and will not be able to pay be check for future training sessions.

  Cancellations
  

  • Call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a registration.  
    
  • Fees paid will be credited to your next training session for participants who give at least 24 hour notice of cancellation.  No credit will be given to participants who do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.  
    
  • NO REFUNDS.

  In the event of inclement weather, PECC trainings will be cancelled if the Philadelphia School District is closed.
